Standard

$9 a month, or $90 a year

A year up front works out to $7.50 a month, and saves 17%.

Everything Up to Speed does, except the AI features and connecting an outside AI assistant.

  • Live MyChart sync that keeps labs, medications, appointments, diagnoses and reports up to date.
  • Every tracking feature: labs and charts, symptoms, notes, questions, documents, tasks.
  • Share the record with as many people as you like, each at their own access level.
  • Google Calendar sync and push notifications.
  • Export everything you have, whenever you want it.
  • Up to 5 patient records in your household.

Premium

$14 a month, or $140 a year

A year up front works out to $11.67 a month, and saves 17%.

Everything in Standard, plus the AI features and an assistant connection:

  • A review of new lab results as soon as they land, flagging what changed.
  • New radiology reports read for findings, devices and recommended follow-ups.
  • Plain-language explanations of a lab test or an imaging report.
  • Draft notes for rounds, built from what the record already holds.
  • Suggested thresholds for the labs your family watches.
  • Connect an AI assistant you already use, Claude and ChatGPT included, and ask questions about the record in your own words. It can only read, and it never uses your AI allowance.

If a plan stops

Nothing is deleted, ever. The record goes read-only: MyChart sync pauses, the AI features switch off, and any AI assistant connected to the record loses access to it, but everything you have recorded stays exactly where it is, stays readable by everyone you have shared it with, and can still be exported in full. Start a plan again and writing resumes.

What you pay with

Stripe takes the card and the payment, on Stripe's own page. A card number never reaches Up to Speed. Nothing about any patient is ever sent to Stripe. You can switch plan, change between monthly and yearly, or cancel from your account at any time, and cancelling leaves the record and the export exactly where they are.
